All of our orders ship within 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS - WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE EXCLUDED IN OUR PRODUCTION TIME. OR, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
All of our items are Made to Order - unless they are listed as RTS (Ready to Ship) For Items that are listed as READY TO SHIP- they will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
- All items ship USPS - or UPS for our larger signs and stove covers.
We ship all orders under $100 for a flat rate based on weight & dimensions of your order.
All orders over $100 ship FREE
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
- ITEMS WILL SHIP FIRST CLASS, PRIORITY, OR PRIORITY GROUND, UPS GROUND or UPS NEXT DAY
DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT OF THE ITEM
You will receive an email when your order has been received, and you will receive an email after your order has been processed and shipped!
Tracking numbers will be included with ALL orders and will be updated as quickly as possible.
If there is an issue with your order you will be contacted immediately by email.
Please be sure to include accurate and up to date Shipping addresses, because once we ship the item, we cannot change addressed or intercept the package.
RETURNS
- TH&Hco will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 3 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
- Once returns are received and accepted, your return will be processed and refunded to your original payment method.
- You will be refunded the costs of the goods only, no Shipping costs will be refunded.
- Once the refund process is completed, you will receive an email.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 72 hours after order has been placed.
