NON REFUNDABLE - NON RETURNABLE
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded these are as follows:,
CUSTOM products (an item that is customized for you in any way, color changes, custom quotes or wording, etc)
PERSONALIZED Items (items that include a name, date, initials, monogram, etc)
Customer Requested items - an item that is not currently available in our collection, but can be made by request.
Custom Built Items or furniture
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without damage, in original packaging and resalable for the return to be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, you will only be refunded the costs of the items, shipping costs will not be refunded as they are paid to USPS/UPS
You are also responsible for paying the shipping cost for the returned item (unless there is an issue with the order that is deemed to be a design or production error.) Upon receiving the item back a full refund for only the PURCHASE PRICE will be issued to the original payment method, upon inspection and approval of the goods returned. AS STATED ABOVE, no item with a name or customized/personalized in any way will be refunded.
YOUR REFUND WILL BE APPLIED TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT OR AS STORE CREDIT - which will be up to my own discretion with each return.
ITEMS/ORDERS THAT AMOUNT TO LESS THAN $20 TOTAL WILL ALMOST ALWAYS BE A SHOP CREDIT REFUND!

DAMAGED ITEMS OR OTHER ISSUES
We are aware the damages may occur during the delivery process. We cannot control this, however, we will help you in the filing of damage claims and typically offer a discount if you'd like to reorder, OR sometimes we can replace the item once a damage claim has been accepted!
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right - we will always do what is right.
APPROVED Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or receive an email with an e-gift card in those cases of a shop credit refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well and we are unable to process a refund to a different than original method of payment.
Cancellations
Any order that is still in OUR possession will be considered a cancelled order. You have up to 72 hours upon placing the order to request a free cancellation.
After 72 hours production has already begun, so any item that is cancelled is subject to a 15% cancellation fee -- NO EXCEPTIONS. This fee covers the design and materials lost as a result of the cancelled order/item.
HOWEVER - requesting a refund for an item still within production time, up to 14 days from date of order, will result in a 22% cancellation fee as typically these items are well into production or even post production at this point.
